Description: Brinop is a sterile ophthalmic suspension containing Brinzolamide for topical administration to the eye. It inhibits carbonic anhydrase II (CA-II) isoenzymes, inhibition of carbonic anhydrase decreases aqueous humor secretion that results in reduction in intraocular pressure (IOP).

Composition: Each ml contains Brinzolamide USP 10 mg.

Indication: Brinop is indicated in the treatment of elevated intraocular pressure in patients with ocular hypertension or open-angle glaucoma.

Dosage & Administration: Shake well before use. The recommended dose is 1 drop of Brinop in the affected eye(s) three times daily.
