Composition : Lipril® 5 : Lisinopril 5 mg.

Lipril® 10 : Lisinopril 10 mg.

Indication : Hypertension, renovascular hypertension, heart failure, and ischaemic heart disease.

Dosage & Administration : Hypertension : Initially 2.5 mg daily, usual maintenance dose is 10-20 mg daily. Heart failure : Initially 2.5-5 mg daily, maintenance dose is 5-20 mg daily. In renal impairment : The usual dose of Lisinopril is recommended for patients with a creatinine clearance >70 ml/min. Renovascular hypertension : 2.5 or 5 mg daily. Diuretic treated patients : Symptomatic hypotension may occur following the initial dose of Lisinopril. In that case the diuretic should be discontinued.
