Composition 

Injection: Each ml contains Sulfadimidine Sodium BP (Vet) 0.333 g.

Bolus: Each bolus contains Sulfadimidine Sodium BP BP 5 g.

Indications

Digestive tract, respiratory tract & urogenital tract infections caused by gram positive and gram negative bacteria, foot rot, mastitis and protozoal infections such as coccidiosis. It is also indicated for prevention and treatment of secondary bacterial infections followed by viral infections such as FMD, ephemeral fever, PPR etc.

Dosage & Administration 

Injection: Intramuscular/Subcutaneous/Intravenous use only.

Cattle, Buffalo, Horse : On 1^st day- 3-6 ml/10 kg body weight and from 2^nd day 1.5-3 ml/10 kg body weight for 2-5 days.           

Sheep, goat, dog, cat, rabbit: On 1^st day- 1.5-3 ml/5 kg body weight and from 2^nd day 1.5-3 ml/10 kg body weight for 2-5 days.

Bolus: Oral administration only.

On 1^st day-1-2 bolus/50 kg body weight and from 2^nd day 1-2 bolus/100 kg body weight. Bolus should not be used more than 4 days.

Intrauterine: 1 bolus directly into the uterus.
