Composition : Losart® 25 : Losartan Potassium 25 mg.

Losart® 50 : Losartan Potassium 50 mg.

Losart® 100 : Losartan Potassium 100 mg.

Indications : For the treatment of all grades of hypertension and congestive heart failure.

Dosage & Administration : The usual dose is 50 mg once daily; if necessary increased after several weeks to 100 mg once daily. For elderly over 75 years, intravascular volume depletion and moderate to severe renal impairment; initially 25 mg once daily is suggested.
