Composition

SP-VET 0.5 g : Each vial contains

Penicillin G Procaine     USP 3,00,000 Units

Penicillin G Sodium                   USP 1,00,000 Units

Streptomycin (as Sulphate)       USP 0.5 g

SP-VET 2.5 g : Each vial contains

Penicillin G Procaine     USP 15,00,000 Units

Penicillin G Sodium                   USP 5,00,000 Units

Streptomycin (as Sulphate)       USP 2.5 g

Indications

Infections caused by microorganisms susceptible to penicillin or, streptomycin like respiratory, uterine & alimentary tract infections, mastitis, osteomyelitis, peritonitis, septicemia, cystitis, joint-ill and secondary bacterial infections in horses, cattle, pigs, foals, calves, sheep & goats.

Dosage & Administration 

For Intramuscular administration :

Large animals: 2-3 ml/50 kg body weight daily IM for 3-5 days.

Small Ruminants: 1ml/10 kg body weight daily IM for 3-5 days.

Small animals: 0.5-1.5 ml/5-10 kg body weight daily IM for 3-5 days.
